HRH Princess Victoria has a love/hate relationship with the British press. They love to write lies about her; she hates them from the top of her tiara’d head to the bottom of her pedicured toe. That is until Toria meets Jamie Evans, a new royal reporter. At a mutual friend’s wedding, Toria drunkenly hands handsome Jamie the scoop of a lifetime: a one-night stand.
Mortified - and fearful he’ll tell all - Toria tries to forget him. He’s the press - the enemy! But Jamie, with his kind heart, sparkling green eyes, and penchant for colorful socks, proves impossible to ignore. Against her better judgment, she falls head over designer heels for him. Despite his profession, Toria hopes Jamie’s love can anchor her as she drifts through royal life. Can he help her achieve more than just ribbon cutting and plaque unveiling as she moves farther down the line of succession?
But as Jamie refuses to introduce Toria to his friends and family in fear of—ironically, a press leak that would cost him his job—she wonders what else he’s hiding. When a tabloid details her most intimate and painful secrets that only Jamie knows, Toria fears her initial instincts were correct after all. Never trust a reporter, even if you love him. Right?

UK BITS & BOBS
Jenn moved to the UK in the summer of 2021. She's enjoying touring the area, sampling all the different flavors of potato chips (Cheese & Onion - good! Prawn Cocktail - not so much), learning British phrases like bits & bobs, watching British TV dramas, hoping to casually run into William & Kate, and trying every stereotypical British food available.

ABOUT JENN
Jenn grew up in Lexington, KY and was rarely without a book in hand. The Babysitter's Club, The Little House series, and anything by Judy Blume or Beverly Cleary helped pass the time on those elementary school car rides. While she never got the urge to paint her bedroom chocolate brown, the Sweet Valley High series filled her middle school years along with Christopher Pike's twisty tales.
Reading provided a fun escape from the everyday, transporting her to different times and locations. No doubt encouraged by the people and places she'd read about, Jenn's love for travel took off while in college at the University of Virginia. She enrolled in a European Summer School class, convinced her parents it was necessary for her finance major, and spent a month travelling through Switzerland, Germany, and the Czech Republic, with the trip culminating in London. The UK, with its long, storied history and headline-stealing Royal Family won her over.
"Write the book you want to read," they say. One morning while listening to a royal podcast and doing her hair (pre-pandemic obviously), an a idea for a novel quickly formed. She decided to write it. With that, Jenn completed Royal Scoop, her first Royal Romance novel about a fictional British princess. After 20-plus years in the Washington, D.C area, as luck would have it, Jenn recently moved to England for her husband's job. #DreamsDoComeTrue When not working in finance, Jenn writes, spends time with her husband and two young sons, keeps up with the Washington Capitals, and visits stately British homes, all while attempting to eat at every village pub.
